Cant begin to tell you how rude one particular woman was at the desk... even if i was going to bank there i wouldn't now.... what a miserable woman with no people skills

Is normally really good when I go but I can only make it one day a week because of the opening times! So I get early off work race into belper get to the bank at 4:44, there are people still in the bank, for some smug git to mouth we are closed though the glass door. No you are open for another min it I only need to pay some money in!!! Not happy at all! Really messed up my week and all my bills! Thank not

Absolutely awful customer service!!! Staff do not want to help you out and are rude. They sit there gossiping while other people struggle to use the self-service machines. Avoid at all costs!

If I didn't have to bank there (I make a weekly business deposit), I would not. Though the employees behind the glass are nice enough once you get to them, they never seem to have enough people on. Today there was one person behind the glass, and the woman in front of me wanted help with paying into an ISA. So, the rep came from behind the counter and sat down with the woman for a nice long chat. Meanwhile, the queue got longer and no other employees seemed interested in waiting on us. The man behind me left, then I did. My time is important too.

Always extremely helpful!!_sometimes have to wait but staff are limited with little support these days!I must say that sometimes you get back what you give!!

Had to use the Belper branch (unfortunately) well! what a miserable experience! felt the staff do not enjoy their job whatsoever. Will avoid from now on.

I visited this branch and have to say that Jane was amazing... so professional and helpful.. I looked at her name badge as a way to thank her for her kindness and helpfulness :-) thank you Jane if you ever get to read reviews :-)
