Always bad service there !!!
First time, I was lucky no customer queuing so when to the guichet straight away for putting cash on my account, 2 woman who work there was having a chat! One of the lady told me to use the automatic machine to put my money, obviously she was not interested on serving me ! Last Monday I went again it was 9.30 am only one person was working and some was at the back office, Its Monday morning !!!! Get some staff

I came in to change the address on my account but I didn't have the card with me. The lady who served me had a very rude tone and refused to help me at all- told me to print out the form for address change online and only then bring it in to her. I've had this issue before and I have never had problems to change details on my account if I had a photo ID with me, but fair enough. Anyway, I called up the bank later and they told me I can change the address on the Lloyds mobile app and don't need to go through the hassle of printing out the form... What a useless service.

Extremely unhelpfully and very bad attitude from one male worker. Printed bank statement but refused to stamp, asked for saving account but refused to tell the rates. This branch gives Lloyd's a bad reputation. Visited this branch on 31st morning Aug 2018. This man also showed this unpleasant attitude towards another lady at front of me. He is either rascst or lack of decent education.

This Lloyds branch is the worse, when I ask them to stamp my bank statement they dont! when I wanted all my money while my visa was expiring and I was leaving the country completely they did not want to give my money back and were asking so many stupid questions that why why why! I wanted 50s instead of 20s they said we cannot! wanted to change my address they asked for my proof of address and when I showed them my contract with my landlord they did not accept it! what is wrong with this branch?? customer service is awful. however, high street kensington branch is way better and nicer staffs....

Female staff does not have any service mind. We ask for help but she did not provide any recommendations. She complained us instead. From my opinion, she should do the kinds of works that do not have to provide service for the customers.

Came in to deposit some cash. Staff was super friendly. Just a little unfortunate as they do not have cashiers to help deposit coins.

Never open on time, always late.
Come 20 mins after “opening” otherwise you will be stood on the street

Poor poor service it is 40c outside 😫 and the staff ignore you. Even audaciois enough to turn the only cooling for their use only 🙄
