Popped into the Fleet branch to pay a cheque in. Polite staff and served with a smile and even better there was no queue. She also offered some free advice which proved quite useful. After the closure of the Farnborough branch this is now my local branch and based on this (first) visit I'd be quite happy to use again.

good customer service very helpfull for me. handy change counting machine inside also for when you have larger or small sums or change and you get a money reciept from it,very useful

Walked in (having moved down from Scotland at the beginning for 2020, just weeks prior to lockdown).

I went in for some basic information in regards to moving accounts as I am not very knowledgeable in this area.

The woman I was approached by at the door was very rude, abrupt and pretty eager to just have me leave.

Thankfully, the woman working in Lloyd's right next door was in a much more welcoming and helpful mood so have been able to sort accounts with them.

what a waste of time this branch is!
if it wasnt for the post office virtually opposite them,
i would never get any banking done,
they have stayed open offering fantastic customer service in these troubled times,
where as natwest think all banking can be done on line, think again.
still this branch cant operate fully,

not too sure why the negative comments... ive been with this bank for years and can honestlysay they have been excellent thanks for your help phillips recovery......

went to the branch to meet the staff and opened an account but could not and gave instructions to open online but could not open an account with this bank

Can't believe Natwest in Fleet are only open pandemic hours!!! Monday - Friday until 2pm. What about people that work during the week. Absolutely appalling
