Have a business account with nat west cannot talk to anyone no advisers got through to nat west call centre happy to send e mail to close account told most banks are the same

what a total Waste of time. I am trying to clear my mortgage with an mortgage settlement letter given by YOU and can do it, and now I see you have a half day on Saturday so I cant even do it in branch. - you are a disgrace to the banking industry

Should be open on Saturdays especially for people who work all week and can't get to the bank

Natwest is great. Staff always willing to help reccomend them
