Atrocious banking attitude spoken to six people on the phone to access my money and apart from a security lady yesterday everyone has put me on hold and not been able to help me

What’s the point in having a number if it foing call anywhere. Worst bank ever

Phone line cuts out and web chat is a complete waste of time. I won’t be using them.
