customer service are absolutely appalling! ive been 4 days with mouths to feed and they won't help me to find out why I can not withdraw any money at all, ive spoken to about 10 different agents for the same problem and they are all dumb as anything who don't listen to my situation, ive never been put under so much stress from a banks service before

I agree with all the comments below, the customer service for this bank is absolutely terrible. Trying to set up internet banking from England for my account in Spain and can't even make contact with anyone . Unfortunately you cannot post a message without giving a star, if I could I would put minus star's

Bank is an utter disgrace. They have no concept of customer service ..and ignore all correspondence..considering taking legal action against bunch of thieves

Folks I have been dealing with this bank in Spain for 20 years and I actually don’t think Spanish banks do customer service. They make everything as difficult as they can ( like everything in Spain) and the customer at a Spanish bank is classed as a annoyance. How the Spanish public put up with it is beyond me but they do!

So very disgusted with this bank, my dad has just passed away in Spain leaving my vulnerable mum on her own, someone stole her bank card and withdrew money, we phoned the bank straight away and put a stop on the card and arranged an appointment in branch 2 days later to sort it all out. When we arrived at the appointment we were told they had blocked the wrong card and that the thieves had now took around 3.5k out of the account. After filing a police report etc the bank are now refusing to refund the money laying the blame with my mum who did everything she could. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Absolutely shocking customer service. Never ever would let them take care of my money again.
Cost me 150 euro before they told me they charge my account. Spent 10 days on phone with them at least an hour each day.
No idea what they doing.

Appalling customer service, the equivalent of putting up a brick wall to stop you getting anything done. Our company had access to the account suspended for no apparent reason, and because none of us has any access any more, they won't even speak to us about it and advise what we need to do to retrieve access. Truly terrible.
