Staff are always friendly and helpful, despite cut backs and reduced opening hours

Used to be very very very helpful now out of two visits its hit and miss for the same problem one guy helped the other woman was clueless and dismissive.
Can't even use properly now because you can never be sure when it's open.!!!!!

Useless, terrible opening times, staff can do practically nothing. Place may as well not exist.

The times on the website are WRONG! they are closed on Wednesdays. I just went to visit now and went out of my way, to find out it is closed. Although on the website says it’s opened on Wednesdays!! they aren’t open long enough hours so it’s so frustrating!!

VISITED THE BRANCH TODAY AT 2.15PM AND IT WAS CLOSED. OPENING HOURS ON WEB STATED A CLOSING TIME OF 2.30PM. WELCOME TO THE NEW NORTHERN ROCK.

This Halifax bank is particularly problematic because of the incredibly inconvenient and odd opening times.

Closing on Wednesday is particularly odd as it is a weekday and on all other days, it closes far too early at 2:30pm. Almost all the time when I need to use the ATM machines inside to add money to my account it is always closed when I need it. Such a shame that it has such horrible opening times.
