Lovely building and very helpful staff. I was seen by the bank manager Adam Jacques and he was incredibly helpful. I had a very unusual problem I needed help with and he went over and beyond to make sure I got what I needed. It wasn't easy, he had to ring 3 different people to get advice, but he did it all to make sure he could help me out, and I really appreciate this. It makes me feel good knowing that this branch is looked after by such a great leader.

Literally the best bank for students out there! I called to arrange a meeting then in matter of minutes (and some paperwork) I had my account ready! The service was so profesional and friendly. I opened my first ever bank account here and the staff explained to me everything I needed to know or had doubts about. I received my card a few days later and with the online banking system I couldn't be more happy. Everything works perfectly. I would recommend it.

Through most branches in the UK and Wales 90% of employees are uneducated, irascible, frustrated and outraged. I don't understand why when you enter these units, you are greeted with a fake smile and a flattering greeting, and when you are not to their liking with the terms required by the unit you are seen and treated as a great criminal or homeless! What I don't understand is the fact that when a citizen comes to a bank to open an account, a lot of documents are required, some impossible to obtain as a foreign citizen or even if they are brought to them; keep looking for reasons to refuse and you are treated the same as I mentioned above. What do you think we should have with your accounts? Many foreigners need accounts for salaries and nothing else! In any other country, if you want to create an account, make it on the spot and only need your identity card, you will receive the card on the spot and have your account opened in less than 15 minutes. Why are you so bureaucratic about opening a bank account? Who the hell do you think you are? Do you need us or us we need you ? We, the citizens, can live without you, but you can NOT live without us! I hope you suffer what happened to Barcleys recently, to get the figures of "emperors" out of those infected and smoky brains of stupidity! And for you, those employees who do not make their skin a frosted onion, there will come a time when you will be hit by obstacles like that and your doors will be closed only on the grounds that you are a foreigner or you simply do not meet certain conditions. stupid!

I live in a constant nightmare trying to get my own money out of my Leicester Hight street branch
They keep sending me security numbers to Malta that takes up to six weeks to get here then the second time I use it a robot informs me it’s the wrong number , then I get someone on the phone going all through a security check of my personal details even asking for the sv number on my card that I am not supposed to give out over the phone and still get no money as a result
The phone calls cost me a fortune and at the end of them I still have no money
As a disabled 84 year old I find it distressing and disgusting to be treated like this
It is time this was looked into , I phoned my bank in Leicester and was answered by the same international number , I sent a letter direct to Leicester in the past and they never even answered it
Once again I have no money and I am having to wait for yet another security number to be sent through the post needless to say I am very depressed, who cares no one

I have applied Lloyds club current account online just pending documents, however when i approaching Ms Sima Desai the bank staff in High street Lloyds Leicester, she find that I am not meet her requirements and cancel my application number without my consent. Later she ask the manager and find that she did it wrongly and feel embarrassed. Unfortunately she has to reapply account opening for me, knowing I might be her potential client keep on selling her insurance products and referring me to the investment team....I Only want to open account. After these long tired procedure...the compter say Lloyds could Not open account for me...the most terrifying the is this lady Sima print a letter saying I might have credit rating problem ?? She lack of professionalism to explain to reason behind, she only focus on selling her product. Initial she think I was not her protential client, and cancel my application treat me like an criminal and she was the inspection on behalf of uk government.

I called the Lloyds account opening team snd find out opening account should not affect my uk credit ratings unless applying overdraft or mortgage. It might because I am new to uk even I am holding a British passport, I could apply the classic current account without problems.
The is the worst opening account in my life
Horrible experience
Non professional ss

Lloyds should provide more Training to the front line staff.
Might try the one in Birmingham.the staff seems better

Why the UK banks are not ashamed of their service? You bother and waste the customers' time. This is abuse and crime. I am not british citizen otherwise I could file a report against you and wouldn't give up until proving lloyds guilty. Banking service was much much better in Afghanistan just before the collapse of its government. I regret my decision for coming to UK. I wasted the resources of my Family to come here, but all gone to trash.

Absolutely five star service. We were attempting to access my daughter’s previously unused savings account. All the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. We were able to retrieve the money. A big shout out to the wonderful Trish who sealed the deal for us. Thank you Lloyds!

Went into the bank yesterday. Before I begin, I find the staff here efficient and are more capable to put up with me. However, on saying that. I got to the bank around 13:35 just enough to ask a couple of quick questions. What I did not expect to find was how noisey it was. Also with people wearing face masks, which muffled voices. Tried my best to hear what they said. When I tried to speak with some one to clear something up .I was told that she was busy and that she would get to me asp. So I sat down to wait. The first thing she informed me, that I was not allowed to sit down. Infact I felt that I was not welcomed.
