WHY is there always a worse queue for the counters at this branch than any other bank in Angel? Often one of the only two counters is closed + there are always loads of staff standing or walking around, but never enough cashiers!

Lovely staff at this branch who are professional, polite and very helpful to find solutions to any banking problems you may have.
Cash machines and the coin counter always working when I visit.
Only downside to this branch is the queue for the cashiers can be lengthy.
Thanks to the young Scottish woman member of staff who solved the problem with my banking app.

Employees are really nice , and welcoming. However service is very slow and machines are very unreliable. I’ve been in twice to pay in cash using the machines and both times they have malfunctioned, making me wait at least 15 mins to get my money back out. Very annoying.

My card was blocked and the lady did not help me and rather gave me a telephone number to call which held me on the line for over 1 hour and did not pick up, not happy with this service at all, I think I might need to change branches. Also the closing time 4:30pm is a bit too early as I cannot make it whilst working too.

This branch is a joke, 1 cashier 24 people queuing. Natwest in general has become a joke of a bank recently, we moved our business to Metro, so much more officiant

Since the move from across the road service has gone down hill .
Cashiers are taking far too long per customer. They don't call you over you literally have to go yourself. Their playing stupid so they do less work .
I call this appalling. Someone needs to put high work ethic back into the stuff very negative atmosphere due to laziness.

Came in to talk to an advisor and was quickly dismissed and told to "read online". I am thinking of opening an account with them as my partner is very happy with his. Why even have a brunch if your workers are too lazy to do their job?

If I could rate lower I would. The staff were really appalling; unhelpful and rude. Some were too distracted by their personal phones to even listen to your query and help. Which is such a shame because I used to receive good customer service before the transition across the road.
