Only if I can put 0 star, I would. Me and my friend walked like literally 30 mins ago to ask how much is the exchange rate for dirhams to pounds. We counted it put ask for the money and counted inside and told us its £419. He didn’t give us any receipt at all. Went back to complain and ask for the money back. Thats the only time he gave us the receipt. He’s on top of his voice. Shouting at us after telling him that is for my Lord employer. We’ve been told off that the exchange rate is so wrong compared to other shop. Its a rip off. Its a scam. He’s rude. He could have at least know how to show manners and customer service which sadly he doesn't have. Your staff need to be trained rather than doing this to customers.

I literally checked around 10 shops but this shop was the best rate in London and the man there he is so friendly and gentle
