Barclays Bank

Awful experience at this branch. They were unprofessional and completely incompetent. It's almost impossible to open a bank account with them.They gave me wrong and incomplete information every time I went there : I had to go back at least five times because each time there was something wrong with the documents I had brought, only because they were not precise enough. Every time I visited the branch they would come up with a new different excuse not to let me open a bank account. Rahima gave me the worst customer service ever, she was highly unapolegetic and her Chinese colleague was even RACIST making comments about Barclays employees from India that don't do their job right. Awful. They will NEVER see me again

I have had continuous help by two wonderful staff named Tshaun Shoy and Alfred Achaempong. I’ve received so much support with a number of different requests such as disputes, removing fraud on my account and helping me with my day to day transactions. They have served me with empathy and careful consideration.
Thanks to the Security Guard on shift, he is so professional and assisted me with my needs, courteous and polite at all times

The way the floor is run is an absolute shambles. Closing the front desks and encouraging use of machines only, surely the only reason to do this would be to increase efficiency? But ive been 4th in the queue for 40 minutes. If the desks are closed then increase the staffing on the floor. And the staff lack total initiative, especially the older Asian gentleman. Increase efficiency, increase initiative. I have just spent an hour away from my business because of lack of common sense .

If you are going to bank with Barclays avoid this one at all costs ! Non of the staff know what they’re talking about and they all claimed to be managers. They’re rude and disrespectful.

Better than expected! Staff were patient and friendly, even though arrived near closing time. Problems got solved, great experience overall!

I have been a customer at Barclays for over 30 years, and I can say I have met the best 2 staff members ever!
Both Lucille and Andre were not only extremely positive and friendly but so supportive and quick to solve all my problems! Their professional and kind service was top-notch!

Worst Barclays in London. 1 person doing counter service (if you're lucky) and 4 staff members stood around not doing anything. Only 1 machine out of 4 you can pay in cash notes but almost everyone in the queue needs to use that 1 machine so you end up waiting half an hour each time. We get it, you want people to stop using cash but there's millions of us who will keep on using it so at least install another machine where you can put notes into your account. I purposely walk to the further away branch in Ladbroke Grove just to avoid this place.
