I am very happy with their work and service. They are not very fast, because doesn't want to make any mistake or to mislead anyone, but kind and respectful, which is highly appreciated. I would totally recommend this branch because of their staff, for example Daniel very nice guy and very helpful.

The worst service I have ever seen in my life! Just decided to switch to Barclay and I just popped in to this branch to activate my online Barclay app.. been waiting 20 min to speak to that lady with black curly hair she just ignored me and told me to wait when she was just walking around... unfortunately I decided to leave the bank and keep my money where they are now!

Be aware that the self service machines don't handle old £5 or £10 notes, only old £20 ones which are still legal tender. So I had to queue inside for over half an hour, a woman in front of me with her nose out of her mask. She kept facing me for some reason. I was being urged to go closer to her but I refused saying she wasn't wearing her mask correctly and saw a man wearing his mask even worse than her. So I was freaking out somewhat. The bank's temperature was uncomfortably hot so no ventilation either. In conclusion I found this branch not completely Covid safe. Hopefully a Police spot check will sort things out. .

This place has no customer care. They have not figured out how to get staff to meet the demand. In the last month stood outside once for over an hour ,and another time 50 minutes in the que. there were 4 to 5 people ahead of me. Should this take an hour ? Useless branch with an even more useless manager. Complain to head office about this place.

Rude staff when they have them working,Barclays doesn't employ many staff and there is 15 to 30 minute wait to be served. Not good if you can't stand 4 too long

THIS BRANCH IS CLOSING. Another disgraceful decision from Barclays Bank. Already people fighting at these branches because of no staff! Total shambles.. 100% closing my account.

They are really milking COVID to avoid having to stay open longer and they have generally have got a lot slower. Only positive is the staff a polite. God forbid they open a minute early with the queue outside, on the dot not even a second early.
