The service here is horrendous. They preach inclusion and diversity but it is all for show, you will feel marginalised and you'll be made to feel stupid. The staff talk down on you. The kettle doesn't work also, no biscuits. There is an evident hierarchy and frankly, if you're white and pretty, you'll get the best treatment, any other shade or shape, I'd wear a bullet proof vest, these lot are savage, firing shots left right and centre. There's a way to talk to people, and if you want to be spoken to like you're the epitome of useless and you're an outcast, come here <3 Too many old people also, I'm all for inclusion, but the generational gap is huge, can't communicate or have the same banter and they work over you like you're part of a slave contract and you owe them your life. Too depressing, spoken to like you're a child, double standards, seems like they get commission for making your life hell. Be kinder to the youth, there's a lot of mental health issues which I feel they undermine just because it isn't observable in the physical form, there is so much harm than good here, I just wouldn't recommend, façade company. Micromanagement here is at the highest I've ever seen anywhere, that being said, you could be on your deathbed but work from home? never xx Also, sym.

Rebirth of the East India company in London. This is the place where sycophants will progress. Also they will charge employees to participate in Xmas parties which have been mediocre and terrible anyway...not a place where you will be appreciated. Highly toxic work environment and bonuses are peanuts

It’s been over a month since we gave them a package to ship to Belgium. it was a gift for family that they have not received yet. We called 5 days ago complaining about it and asking about our package and we get told that they would give it a call back. Then we call them ourselves again today and they tell us that the shipping information wasn’t correct even though that we have written down anything. Not only do they give terrible customer service but they also lie and make up excuses. I would not recommend them for anything
