had a holiday booking what went wrong and the bank were very helpful in obtaining our money back today - dealt with efficiently and quickly.

I have been trying to report a scam that is using this bank address. After sending the emails to their fraud department showing the bank account details of the scammer. I received another email threatening to terminate my life if I disclosed the bank details. I have reported this to the police but the bank has done nothing to help me with this matter. The name of the scammer is Anthony Wheeler and the emails are being sent from a person called Chris Davis. PLEASE REPORT ANY EMAILS YOU RECEIVE FROM THESE 2 PEOPLE TO THE POLICE.

Went to this bank to pay some cash into an account of someone who banks there to be told that because I don’t bank there myself they will not accept my money!!!!!!
Absolutely ridiculous.
