Great help from Mila at the Hammersmith branch. Went above and beyond to get my business account up and running. Was a very lengthy process.. But she made it very smooth and easy.Felt very welcomed.Super Professional.

I have a personal and business accounts , every time I go to put money into my accounts they ask me from where the money which’s very stupid question I have a hairdressers salon not all customers paying by cards some customers paying cash!!!! , some times they refused to let me put cash into my accounts they asked for proof!!! Proof of what ?! Rubbish service I asked them to close my accounts

I think they need to be looked after. Someone like me need people of this confidence staff to help me when I needed the service Metro provided..Once again thank you all.

I went to the kings road branch of this bank to open an account. I was very disappointed with the way I was treated and customer service is awful and they all looked like they are working in a holiday camp rather that a bank. I will not recommend this bank at all. A waste of space on the corner of kings road and Sydney street.

I gave my husband my metro bank card, photographic ID and a cheque to be paid into the account. The cashier threatened to seize my documents and therefore my husband had to go next door to Natwest to pay the cheque in. Metrobank is actually a good bank but doesn’t have main account qualities yet.

For the third time had to go in to sort out a problem the same one staff quite rude left without resolution and have to go back again spent over 40 mins each time used to be good service

Horrid bank, I plan on switching soon. I have repeated ‘pending transactions’ taken after I actually make a payment. Meaning I have multiple payments taken out. I spoke to metro about this and they simply gave me a bank statement with half of the information kissing and told me they couldn’t help or see any of the transactions. The staff member mumbled something and moved onto the next customer. My account is now in minus and I can’t do anything about it. Totally fed up with this, take this as a warning and go to another bank..
