This is my go-to branch because it's closest to my home, but it is incredibly small. There tends to be queues here and only 1-2 tellers working at a time, but they are always doing their best to move the queue. Any staff I have worked with have always been very friendly and professional, but it seems like this location needs to grow to meet the demands of the community.

They really need to update the opening times on this Google maps information because they close at 16.30 (not at 17). I needed to do something urgent and I even took a cab to arrive in time. I arrived at 16.45 and obviously I was late without knowing it. However they were very rigid and they rudely told us (there was another woman) that the bank was close. No need to be unkind, there are many ways to communicate with clients.

Very unprofessional, slow working staff, honestly just go to another branch. Quick withdrawal queuing took around 20minutes then because of staff error (withdrew then added money to my account twice) card was blocked and had to wait for several calls almost a hour for a withdrawal *face-palm*... There goes the lunch break and a hour for parking.

We all understand with a short of staff situation you dont want to overwork your people.

But I went to this branch one day to book/order cash to be withdrawn the next day, I asked what doc I need to bring along and if im good coming anytime tomorrow to pick up my cash, cuz apparently I needed the cash and I did not want to miss it because of any misunderstanding.

The staff said yes and did not mention anything about closing earlier the next day.

So I went to the branch next day at 15:06 after work but there’s this memo saying it has closed already at 15:00 because they have no staff. (fyi officially closing at 16:00)

So how can I get the cash I needed for the day? either you advice the people to come in before 15:00 due to uncertainty of workforce or you wait until the person who has booked your service to arrive before considering closing.

Does it make any sense to you?

This branch is a total disaster and waste personal time. The worst LLoyds branch.
Every time I come I see enormous queue , and only one cashier . Deposit mashing is our if order all the time. This branch must be closed or the branch management must be changed. As I live in the area all my neighbours complain about it. I spent 40 minutes today just in the queue. Is this a joke?
Two of the cashiers spent more then 20 minutes arguing in front of us all in stead of serving people.

On the very rare occasion that it is open the staff don't know the uk regulatory rules on changing money. I had to deal with mika which was a grossly unpleasant situation. To say he was rude was a complete understatement.

Every experience at this branch has been poor. Today I wanted to go in to deposit cash. Time was 3:38pm, branch was meant to be open til 4pm. There was a lady waiting outside the door when I was crossing the street. A member of staff let the lady in and motioned towards me when I started jogging to come in at the same time. The lady pretty much shoved the door shut in-front of me and yelled “closed!”. Very rude and no explanation or updates on these random opening times.

Rude, disrespectful staff, open and close this branch whenever they feel like it and do not even bother to let customers know. A very generic message about reduced hours on the door without specifying the actual open and close times.
