Tried opening an account and they rejected my application without any reason. Left feeling insulted as the customer service advisor was no help at all. Despite having my own house, bills in my name, resident in this country with valid visa, don't understand what they mean by criteria since the customer service did not know that either which is just unacceptable. Got my account in another bank. So never go to metro bank

Metro bank is honestly a great bank to have your accounts with. I recently went to update soem details and was given help instantly as I walked in to the bank. They took me through what they were doing to help me, were incredibly friendly and polite and also opened me a savings account very quickly and easily. Loads of thanks to Richard, an amazing man who was polite, funny and incredibly helpful. Thanks metro and thanks Richard.

I had the first visit to their Crawley branch couple of weeks ago. Impressive building, convenient location. Staff was amazing, helpful and very polite. I got all my issues solved. Thank you guys!

Staff gone above and beyond to solve issue we had, despite it wasn't their responsibility. Never was helped before in bank like that.

Me & my girlfriend have recently just opened a joint account together and we couldn't find a fault. The customer service of the staff is outstanding and to high standard, the services they provide are brilliant. Definitely worth banking with MetroBank. They're a big step up from the standard high bank. 🏦💳

Third time I have been to the branch whilst trying to open a charity account.. first time our appointment was eventually started 40 minutes late, secondly they lost some of our paper work and now? Now I am still sitting waiting again for someone to see me.. there is a distinct lack of apologies and customer service…
