Metro Bank

The service at this branch was amazing. Even though I couldn’t get all my stuff sorted due to limitations put on by the head office. Cel who served me was fantastic and showed a lot of compassion and understanding. The short of it is Metro Bank as a bank is horrible but it is saved by the staff at this branch.

Okay let me tell you guys so this store ask me for proof of address when I have been with them for more then 5years can imagine how bad they are yes you guys are bad then I went to another store I was literally shocked when I asked the lovely brother do I need a proof of address and then he was like no I looked him and say bro are you actually serious he was like yes I am he took my id and opened my account with an Just 30 minutes I explain to him and he was like sorry about it I wish you guys get better because you embarrassing for the area I would never come to the store again

I open my account very quickly so polite stuff so helpful with me really nice she did just perfect i was surprised so nice to me .

I can’t believe, I had so bad customer service today . Metro bank staff should have customer service training. Today I been served Anastasia. I was shocked she told me “fast type pin number “ and voice was up. I’m no sure she’s working in right place.

I open my account very quickly so polite stuff so helpful with me really nice Gamze did just perfect i was surprised so nice to me 😊. Always helpful staff. Gamze is the most reliable ,very good service!👍👍👍

Bad customer service. Got told to come in the mornings so I don’t have to wait, getting there still same waiting time. Then they keep you waiting for an hour just to tell you they can’t help you. Person who was dealing with me was chatting around with their colleagues rather than helping me. Don’t go here, super bad and waisting your time.

Very helpful much better service than all the other banks. Dont understand why people are complaining about. Like they have ever seen a bank to stay open till 8pm or give you a bank card on the same day. Metro bank is special

disgusting behaviour, had to wait for nearly an hour for my online banking which shouldn’t take that long. one of the workers spoke to me in a rude way by not answering me and then continued to ignore me
very disappointed may even try to change banks now 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾
