Absolutely disgraceful lack of service from my new Business Manager. I've had an account with Santander for several years and my previous Business Manager was superb. Tried to contact the new Business Manager for over a month now, left many voicemails on his mobile phone which he never answers, it just goes straight to his voicemail which says he will immediately call back but he doesn't. Have sent emails directly to him too. He said he would telephone the next day at a certain time but of course he hasn't. Telephoned the helpline and after waiting some time they managed to cut me off when they tried to put me on hold to check my account. What does it take to have a conversation with someone at Santander regarding my Business Account?? I don't even think they deserve 1 star.
