Not worth even being called a bank branch.

Im a 15 years business customer, went in to ask for a key fob (security key) to enter my account.

Was told they have none available and wait in a que.

Got to the front, low and behold, the lady behind the counter has a box full and gives me one.

45 minutes of my life i wont get back due to incompetence of staff. what a joke of a ‘bank branch’

Gone to the bank to put bigger amount of cash into my account. They asked me to use the machine to pay in my cash. It took me good 40 minutes and at the end some of the notes got stuck inside the machine. Had to wait another half an hour for the clerk to come and collect the money only to bring them back to me 10 minutes later and asked me to pay in again with machine. Overall I wasted more than an hour to pay in some cash instead of 5 minutes if they would have accepted it at the beginning at the counter. Can imagine spending my time more effectively. Ruined my day.

Mrs. Shivaranjini was so calm and helped in getting my Bank account opened. The process and the way she handled my application was really smooth. Got my account opened on the same day of my visit. Really happy with the service from HSBC Kilburn Branch.

HSBC UK Bank plc is, in my experience, the most uncaring of organisations. Just Google HSBC branches in North West London and you will see what I mean. One branch. ONE! In complete contrast I have always found branch staff to be wonderful..

The worst and most frustrating bank in the world. Terrible to use in every way. They've caused me so much unnecessary stress. Would give them - 1 thousand out of 10 for quality of service. Cowboy firm under the guise of a real bank.

Totally rubbish, the worst customer service you can get.They do not have any idea.

Worst service ever received. Told me they will send a new card with pin to the branch, ordered it with me together in the HSBC system, a week later turns out nothing ordered... suddenly nothing possible anymore to send to branch etc. Simply unqualified service.
