A very popular branch that it often suffers from long queues. However the staff is always helpful and eager to minimise your waiting time.
The addition of self service machines is a plus ➕. Making an appointment can sometimes take time as the advisers are.always busy.

I was quite disappointed with Palmers Green branch, I was a victim of fraud on my business account and asked for help at the branch. They informed me that the next available date to meet with someone was 3 weeks. Luckily the Enfield branch is close by and helped me resolve the issue and re-activate my accounts. I was quite distressed with the staff at the Palmers Green branch. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this branch.

Great professional and friendly staff for business banking. Without any trouble, i filled the forms before coming to branch and Mrs. Bhangoo helped us on further processes, she also double checked our filled forms and guided us through process of opening business account. Mrs. Bhangoo was very informative, hard working person and fast responder. According to my experience, i would 10/10 recommend this Barclays branch for businesses due to Mrs. Bhangoo's professional banking skills

Recently I visited the Palmers green branch, and was served by Claire Mehmet-Ali. The service was splendid and i encountered very polite and dedicate staff. I highly recommend this bank as the staff where articulate and the atmosphere was well preserved.

Massive queue outside the bank. Ended up waiting over an hour before i had to go to work and not getting in. Not enough staff working in this branch. Please fix it soon or people will go to other banks that are in the area.

Staffs are so helpful! Just working times could be better than what it is.

When ever I've needed to go in here there's no one in there best time to go is in the mornings. Staff always say hi and are polite to everyone. In and out in 2 minutes sometimes you may not be as lucky. May be busy

Poor and Dated. I would advise everyone to crypto! You have to wait outside only a few people allowed in.... Only two machines inside. A line of 30 people outside in the cold!!! As for the pandemic, how can a pub be allowed to have more people inside than a bank! Makes no sense! It's time we ditch retail banking.... Find me on insta @davidkivakude
