While there is still confusion of where this branch is (I was sent to the old one near Paddington Station which has close down) the branch is pretty nice and efficient.

Reception staff was very nice, helpful and patient this morning in what appeared to be a complicated case in front of me in the queue.

Rubbish bank, very bad customer services even you are holding a HSBC premier

Worst place ever!!! No one help you even if you are HSBC costumer.

Very unprofessional rude customer service. Avoid this branch if you could.The representatives will use as much excuse to a aiod doing their joy, They incompetent to do their job. I was attended to by a slim/black guy and asian guy who were not even focusing on the customer infront of them but my conversation to another colleague was inportant because i asked to change my address and i was told to use the machine or ipad.I told them i can't because i can't remember my login detail. The slim black and asian guy were very angry and had a bad attitude towards me because of that. Worst branch ever. The manage as well is incompotent for the role he took. Bad experience

Excellent branch with superb people and very warm and welcoming too. Staff have very good and in depth knowledge. Please keep all HSBC branches open. They are very important! I am very happy to go so nearby to my HSBC bank and it makes me happy to know they will help me. Superb experience.

I walked into the Praed Street branch on 23rd May 2022. I was immediately spotted and greeted by a member of staff. She sat me down, personally attended to my work, and I was done within minutes, on my way. I would gladly give this branch and its staff SIX stars for the service!

Worst bank I ever had. I had my account blocked and when I went to the bank to get it unlock they told me that I didn't have a valid reason to get it unlocked...when I had part of my savings there...it's a real joke! I was victim of fraude 2x and the bank didn't even notice anything. Don't trust this bank anymore.
