Great service, but please provide a decent space to write and provide us with pens. I constantly have to jump the queue to ask to borrow a pen and then find no comfortable place to fill out forms etc. There are large chairs with tiny tables, usually covered with leaflets. Thank you.

Very slow service, only one cashier serving while other running round trying to look busy, the lady in front of us was waiting 15mins already, Teresa was very helpful but her colleague was more interested in getting water for the dog that just walked in rather than serving the customers waiting for 20mins

Rude. There was an elderly lady in front of me asking for some help on her online banking and the three lads behind the desk just laughed at her. Very unprofessional in my opinion

The young man in that branch needs to learn a few manners and realise that the customer is not there to pick wits with (and if they were then believe me, you’d need a lot more about you son!!) No wonder the place is closing!

Staff are friendly but there are some flaws with the way they have focused on dealing with customers towards the front of the bank. There is no privacy, all your banking information that should be private, we’ll forget it.

If you have cash to deposit, you can do that in one of the ATM machines inside which is definitely useful.
