Counter staff waste your time offering you financial advice you don't want which is why there is always a long queue there when you just want to get in to make a withdrawal and get out quickly, you keep telling them you don't want advice and not to ask you again but every time you go in there they ask you again ,they even phoned me at home offering me advice i didn't want i told them not to phone me again but a week later they did , i went into the branch asking to see a manager to get this stopped but i was refused and asked for my phone number to be removed from their records which helped . but when they were abbey they were great.

I deposited money yesterday at the cash machine, I usually count the money, but for some stupid reason I didn't this time, my fault. Anyyway money got stuck, staff member told me to go to cashier who didn't know what to do, finally filed a dispute. Next day, got a call telling me one amount, I then disputed the figure, they went back and called me again 30 minutes later and the figure now went up by nearly £100, so I don't know what they do, but clearly more training needs to be given.

went to seek an appointment to open child account which i couldn't open online. Lady approached me said straight away i had to open online without even ascertaining anything. Mini accounts cannot be opened online. I asked her how to open a account she continued say she couldn't make appointment due to Coronavirus. But frustrating me was she kept apporchong me withing half meter with her facemask lowered to tell me they making steps to spread Coronavirus. Absolutely clueless staff. All of then siting in one cashier desk, i felt like they did not want anyone come to the bank but kept open.
