Barclays Bank

In my life I went to Sidcup Barclays branch 3 time and treated by the staff very bad. Extremely rude staff in this branch. It make me feel like the treating people on their colours. Sidcup is beautiful I lived in Sidcup long time I love the people out there but this Barclays branch staff I found the worst nasty and rude people

Very unhelpful and unprofessional.
Firstly, come in the bank and staying in social distancing marked spot on the floor but had been refused to serve and ask to wait outside. Absolutely NON SENSE staff as marked point still available for. Ridiculous.

Also, had been said that my direct debit cannot be found in their system but there obviously shows in my app and show her!? Have to get another colleague to help in simple one..

Get knowledge and good attitude staff to deal with customer!

The old ladies are always moaning and unhelpful… it’s like they are 30 years behind…. You can feel the Racism as you walk in to the store!

I work nearby... must say the worst customer service by the old ladies behind the counter.... they treat you according to your colour..,

All these reviews of rude staff are justified. This is terrible customer service from Barclays and the staff need customer service training. I advise customers to change bank or go to another branch, avoid at all costs. Barclays: Please comment…….

Mandi ghosal was very helpful. Helped me to open the account was quick, professional and kind. She explained all the terms and conditions and help me to setup the account. Would definitely recommend to others.
