Bad service less staff on desks and other desks shocking reputation and respect when you ask for assistance they ignore and when you book appointment if that person not in they do not have somebody else to replace them so you have book another appointment even if you brought in your documents. Only one assistant just sitting near desk waiting one at a time none of them was doing their job properly all they cared talking about is holidays not enough staff it's a disgrace advise to use other local Halifax branches then here don't even help the public if applying for to open an account when I got there nobody was at any of the desks one of them was in the office by themselves and when I asked do you work their she said no but was still their later on the advert is post to be better then this terrible branch I'm not using this I'm going to use different branch this local bank cannot even compete with NatWest and Barkclays the staff member who was helping me just walked off back to her desk very rude

I was in this bank for over an hour which it was bad satisfactory my appointment was 3:00pm if anybody is going to set up an account you can by online not alot of cash machine inside and out the branch bank

This was my first bank and still is, and now I have returned to live nearby again. Nice branch but there are two major problems. The cashpoint is ALWAYS out of order, and the branch does not open on a Saturday so it is not geared towards helping working people at all.

It's my home Branch: one of the oldest, and still fully functional. I hope it remains open, and stays as it is. We love it.

I spoke with a very friendly and helpful lady who went the extra mile to ensure that I could close Help to Buy ISA. I really appreciated the extra effort that she went to to make sure I had everything I needed and can't sing her praises highly enough. Thank you!
