They never answer the phone. Today I have tried again and it was an answer machine asking me for my ID... which ID??

Tiny little branch, usually only one teller at the counter. I have ben before and staff are so helpful and polite. Would recommend popping in if you have any banking issues.

Lovely helpful staff, not usually a big queue so quick service every time I've been.
