If you have bank of India account and need some help then don't even bother going here . Just pick up your phone and call your home branch in India , who are more helpful than these people here. I'll never go there again ever.

Had quite a few papers to fill in branch.

Excellent service from BOI staff , Mr Khatri n alpana ..Since my mum passed 😢 i had to open an account in goa..The staff showed a duty of care and assisted me ..Could not fault the service i received they went out off their way to assist me Well Done BOI

I rang this bank few times but don,t want to pick the phones , I went their but no one want to give you any help with the forms ,
