Woman at the information desk is out of date for her role. No awareness of customer service who needs to be served in order. Continuously serving other customers whilst serving the person in front of her, very slow and overly laid back as if she is doing you a favour, congrats, you just lost a business customer. 25 minutes wait sitting down, while she served people who came in after me. 💩💩💩💩💩garbage branch garbage service.

Very thankful for the assistance I received on my visit. All issues got sorted as the lady at the information desk appeared to be extremely approachable and walked an extra mile to help me out. Very pleased!

The best branch in London . The staff are very professional, effective and always helpful. They always go beyond their duty and give 5 star ⭐️ service. Specially madlina , Luisa and Fatima without them the branch wouldn’t be the same .

I dont even know where to start…….// I went on 09.02 afternoon to ask for help about creating online banking and i left with no words unfortunately. 😶 The one which called “manager” herself or whatever it is standing there for literally no reason , working on the main reception , The lady was with dark black long hair(excuse me but better stand there as a rubish bin instead of as a Manager that you are not with this kind of attitude with costumers ) . Very very rude woman omg rubish😱 From the other side i appreciate the kindness of Ramatoulie as i remembered was her name. She was the only from all the staff that helped me and appreciate it. Very sorry that Managers there are that sort of rude people no coments at all.
