I never write reviews but this is the first time I found it necessary. The banker whom I had an appointment with was not only rude, but also deeply unwilling to help me. There seems to be huge communication gaps in the entire company as staff from different branches and services all different versions of how specific actions should be conducted (e.g. opening a bank account). Overall a deep lack of care for the customers. Rude and unwilling to help. I will be choosing another bank.

Female cashier kept chatting with a woman (customer) for a few minutes AFTER their transaction while there is a queue waiting to be served and she was the only cashier and IGNORED me when I tried to politely interrupt the conversation. They close at 3:30pm, in 2022 that is unacceptable! They closed this branch on Friday 18th Feb 2022 because of Storm Eunice winds, while next door shops were ALL open for business. Ridiculous branch!

I've not had any problems/ issues with any employees. I just don't understand their closing hours, they close at 3:30pm, shame as all other banks near by close at 5pm.

Mr Tahir is one in a million. He is an angel. So kind and helpful. He did everything with the patient and had a happy face; meanwhile, I went to the reception desk more than five times. I didn't recognise he was the bank manager because he was at the reception desk. I felt shy when I understood he was a bank manager. All the staff are so lovely. I am thrilled with them. I highly recommend it.

I was delighted to have an excellent experience at this bank! Very helpful and efficient and I didn't have to wait at all. The lady who helped me was Helen, who was super-professional, and friendly too. I'd definitely go back there!

Every time I visit the branch Desi and all her colleagues help me with the machines and anwer all my questions and help with everythig. I am new to the country and I am very grateful

Whar such a rubbish branch , I tried to deposit my machine in the immediate deposite machine my money was stuck in there , after me another customer came and happened the dame to him , so I make use the cashier to depossit the rest of my money . After that I wait for another 20 minutes to get my money back but the funniest thing is I told them I have to go back to wirk and the mannager said just leave your details and I will xall you back !!! So horrible customer services !!

Incompetent, rude staff, horrific experience! I am new in this country and trying to open an account. Absolutely no help whatsoever. Will be going to Barclays instead. I’m not clear how they are able to provide such poor level of service.
