TSB Bank

Walked in to my local Tsb bank today to deposit cash and I was shocked by the rude, insulting attitude by lady named SHEELA . This is after I being a loyalTBS customer for 11 long years. IF there was option to give zero stars review I would have given it. Such was the intimidating attitude by this lady .tsb really need to re-train their staff and it wasn’t the first time this happened. Stepping out of the brach, I have just decided to leave the review here and spread the word, but also to close my TSB account for good, and switch it to another bank.

Worst service, worst bank ,Sheila pretending to be branch manager is rudest person on this earth . I came three times in a row and waited in small waiting area. She is just kicking people out from branch and asking them to wait outside and do most thing online as we cant help you in this cant help you in that. If TSB want to close this bank in future and runaway with people hard work money they should do it nicely, not by recruiting cheap and unexperienced staff .

I went today to help my friend get an account open with this bank. The customer advisor in the branch has helped me all the way through. She was assuring that my query is dealt with and a smooth process is done. Jubeda, also got us a discount on our card and we can enjoy doing shopping even more. Thank you and I totally recommend this bank to new customer who they require a bank account in the UK.

I went to TSB Ilford branch today around 12:30 to apply for a loan. I met one nice lady by name Jubeda, she was soo helpful and patient with me. God bless her. I enjoyed your services.

Visited Ilford branch on 08/12/2022. I have faced worst service ever, Manager was not helpful for lot of customers. I wasted my two hours and left branch without taking my money from my own account. I will definitely close my account after solving my matter. Very disgraced behaviour by Manager

Would have given this 0 stars if I could. TSB should really be ashamed of themselves for this sorry excuse for a bank. Disgusting behaviour from staff and managers. Just chit chatting while customers are patiently waiting and taking absolute ages to answer simple queries. I’ve closed my account today - never again!
