Barclays Bank

Awful. Tried to pay money in. Queued to use 2 machines which didn't work. Then queued to pay money in via cashier and was told she couldn't accept the payment, that I had to ask for help to use the machines. While I queued there someone was ushered to a machine before me. Absolute disgrace. Won't go in there again. If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible experience 😪

Went in. Got everything done in less than 10 min. Staff was very helpful. Very happy. My favourite branch.

This branch is filled with racist, except the receptionist who gave me warm welcome and listening ear. If you are coloured and you can please avoid. So I went in to certify a document and one female rude, actually they were 2. Very rude, and clueless said they can’t certify the document because they don’t know me personally and I was like trying to explain you are not even supposed to know me to certify this. And they had this racial undertone. I am a customer for 3years now and I have 2 accounts with this bank. How else are u suppose to know me. They really messed up my day. Pls avoid this branch if you can

Welcome to clown town clown world 🤡 where government bureaucracy has slowed society down by replacing all the banking and government jobs with lazy clown painted feminists who just want to waste your valuable time by drinking coffee 😴☕🤡 all day long and don't have a clue for the even most basic of knowledge and/or can't be bothered to help a customer with a query. One more word should do it: women 🤡💄 💅 ☕

Rude moody staff behind the till. Trying to turn everyone into machines. Bring back proper counter customer service with a smile

This is a bank where you can't open an account! Apparently most of the staff are not trained to open an ISA and so you need an appointment. But they have no appointments for 6 weeks.

This is my local branch & prefer to
deal with the friendly staff. I work all week but my local Barclays is closed on Saturday then search for 1 that is open & learn there all closed. How Pathetic is this. My bills our due Monday & unable to bank my wages as my bank is closed. @Halifax is open & @Santander.

My elderly mother has had to stand outside in the pouring rain for 45 minutes to get into this branch to deposit a cheque, which cannot be processed by the cash machine. The branch is a disgrace the way it treats it customers particularly the elderly.
