Staff that don’t seem to care about customer experience or satisfaction. Card issuing facility at this branch is faulty. When asked they said it had been broken for 4 months now, as if I should be aware. No effort to update the Barclays website directory. No apology. Waste of time.

Quite possibly the worst branch of Barclays I have been to.
Poor service generally and particular cashiers need to go on a customer services training course to learn how to deal with customers in a friendly helpful manner.

I popped in there to have some information about ISA accounts and opened one straight away. Arvinder answered all of my questions. Very helpful friendly professional staff Excellent branch. Quick and efficient.

My sister was here today and got an amazing customer service by Jhon. Truly helpful in all her enquiries. Also the nice lad who was manning the door was extremely friendly. Love my local Barclays staff!!

The employees are nice but only 1 counter working most of the time, so be prepared to wait outside at least 30 minutes in line (even on rainy days). Today i waited for 1 hour outside.

I’m very happy with this branch . They handled corona times better than branch in Brixton where you just wait for hours!!! In camberwell the people working are always very friendly and nice. Cannot complain! It’s a shame that they are closing at the end of July....

This bank should be bigger with more personal attendance, poorly service considering the crowd in the main avenue.
Honestly guys work it on the service and enlarge the service and building otherwise all reviews will be negatives.

Staff it's lazy and don't make any work. Send you to machines witch doesn't work and telephone line or online banking. Can't help with anything and for hear that you must spend 45 min in side in the mask on your face
