I am a Black Account NatWest holder & had same account for 50 years! I was verbally abused and treated appallingly today while withdrawing cash. The manager threatened to call the police and red mark my account! I encouraged her to call police but she then declined. Of course after an hour of listening to their complete nonsense my cash withdrawal was sanctioned. I suggest the staff are given re training and learn some basic manners. It’s the customers paying their wages. And of course tax payers following their bail out. Avoid this branch unless you enjoy abuse.

The worst branch in London, staff incompetent and have no manner especially Nikita who was verbally abusive and told only non sense about withdrawing cash from my account. She declined me to take cash from my account as a customer of over 15 years and she said the Natwest bank terms and conditions was always like that, she need to know why I wanted to withdraw cash.
When I asked her the date since when is this new terms and condition exist she said its always changing.
Natwest need to change their staff and train and retrain some of their staff who got bad manner.

Nikita have no manner who was verbally abusive and declined me to take cash from my account and told on sense about withdrawing cash when she was not even serving me. I was been served by other staff and she jumped onto the conversation and did not allow other staff to handle the situation. She also said the Natwest bank terms and conditions was always like that and when I asked her the date since when is this new terms and condition as there is no information on website exist, she said its always changing, so clearly she is not aware of the policy. She needed me to provide invoices due to fraudulent and to whom I am paying too even after providing the Identity. In Natwest website its clearly sate that there is no maximum amount you are able to withdraw from branch. i went on other branch and they

Self service machine broken, slow staff, long, long que. Waiting 25 mins and still in que. All I want is to pay in a cheque !

I'm always treated with care and respect by all the staff and they know me too, especially the manager Martina....she always says hello and asks how I am....always feel like I'm given a personal touch

Specifically throughout the pandemic period the manager and her team have been professional and very mindful of keeping themselves and customers safe. Well done and thank you to them.
