Absolutely outstanding customer service to open non urgent access to an account with a POA. I can't praise Diane Drew enough. I had to make an appointment, which was expected, but at a later date my husband and I needed advice urgently which was given instantly, in a private room as she had a cancelation. Yet again excellent service. Weybridge branch.

I went in Friday 24th April 2020, Midday, Had to pay a cheque in urgently, first class service, the girl organising the self distancing and initial help, went above and beyond the call of duty for me, helping me every step of the way. Couldn't have done it without her help, don't know her name but, just a big thank you very much to her, she deserves a medal or at least a pay rise! and for Barclays Bank Church Street Weybridge for being open. Very poor queue management. Employees laughing and joking inside with customers despite other customers needing instructions on how to deposit whilst also being forced to keep an eye on children outside who are refused to stand with their parent at the machines inside.

Been using my local branch for the past 16 years. Karen as always been very helpful. And give 10/10. For customer service . Sorry to hear the branch will be closing in june. All the best to all staff. Mike.
