It would be nice if there was a person standing welcoming customers to deal with quick enquiries rather than having to wait in due just to hand in one form which takes 5 seconds.
Average time in Natwest it takes me about 5-10 mins whereas in other branches it's about 1 min.

Came to deposit some cash, could'n do it because both deposit machines out of order and 1 cashier is dealing with thousand customers. Waste of time even for the simplest operation.

Worst NatWest bar none! I would give it zero stars but unfortunately 1 is the minimum. Customer service is atrocious! They want everything done online so we don’t darken their doorstop, make it very difficult to pay a bill over the counter. Not all customers have access to the internet you know, elderly people etc. and now they’re not even open on Saturdays! Because they’ve extended their weekdays by a whole extra hour! Wooooo. What about people that work all week? Absolute clowns 🤡
