Barclays Bank

Barclays pens. A pinnacle achievement in pen design, efficiency, and quality. Yet someone thought it would be a good idea to remove such an incredible invention from the Barclays premises.

Waited for a free counter only to watch others being served and then told that business customers get a priority counter, not sure if this is a good idea in such a small branch. Certainly will not be queuing hear again, for the branchs reference I am a business customer.

No Barclays pens. Unacceptable. Would give 5 out of 5 if there were Barclays pens but there aren't any. Such a shame.

I cannot believe someone would even think about getting rid of the Barclays pens from Barclays. 1 out of 5 until this is stopped.

No stars. Incompetent staff, no knowledge of LPA, refused vulnerable woman access to her own bank account

Very rude and incompetent staff. Waited ages to get help then the woman threw a tantrum because I questioned why we were going through the same rigmarole as we had done five weeks ago with her and still we are denied access to our savings.
Have been trying since 4th May to get access to our savings. All written and telephone contact with them is ignored. No reply received, not even an acknowledgement. Finally tried going to a branch ( Honiton ). Staff are of no help and don't even know how their own systems work or how to get further help.
Once our money is returned to us, When??? will never go near Barclays again.
