By far the best customer service ever received from a Natwest Branch. With more than an hour to the end of the working day, the Moorgate Natwest Branch rejected me as a customer on the basis that the branch manager had gone home and they couldn't issue a bankers draft cheque and it would thus take a day. The City of London office welcomed me from the door with excellent care and understanding. The adviser insisted on reviewing all alternative options to prevent me from paying a fee of £20.

This is by far the worst experience of opening a bank account in my life. I have waisted literally 3 hours waiting there and no outcome at the end. The reason was some minor detail not mention in the employer letter which every normal bank would accept. Don’t go there, go to a regular bank to save your time.

The actual service is not as bad as people say. I have banked here for 3 years (business banking) however, they are understaffed for a bank in the city but this comes as company cutting costs. The people who work there are polite and friendly.

The service when you get it is good. But there are no staff here and you end up waiting hours to be served! You expect more from what looks like their flag ship branch.

No cash desks open. Two people per customer on the other desks. Shambles. This is meant to be a city branch.

Awful, hardly any staff, then when you pay money into the cashpoint (because your told its quicker than going to the counter ) only to have the machine shut down while in the process. Then you have to wait for a member of staff or go to the counter to take your details as there is no record of the money being deposited. Not the 1st time this has happened.

Shocking service went in to the Bank about an enquiry regarding rewards i had earnt advised
Upgrade my account and i ll get the amount immediately that didnt happen, still waiting went back in and was asked to wait only for the assistant forgot i was waiting for them
