I was recommended by one of my family members to this Bank. The whole team is there to help when I entered. Very good customer service at this location every time I have been there, however, expect to spend 10 minutes in line most of the time as it is a very busy location during most hours of the day. This bank has an awesome team and a dedicated staff. I am very impressed by Jagroop who helped me out in opening my Bank account. He explained me very well about their benefits and other stuff. I really liked Jagroop's vision, hard work, outstanding performance, and wonferful team-mates of his. Their reputation is well-earned. It’s a rare thing to discover a bank that genuinely cares about the people it serves. I HIGHLY recommend using this branch of Metro Bank in Hayes. The customer service here is unbeatable. Thanking the entire team for their precious time.

I was having one of those days where things were not falling into place and I was not able to access my online banking. However, after visiting the hayes Metro bank branch, I was assisted by a young, positive, helpful man named Sukh. He was very helpful and managed to sort out all my issues that I was facing. He was very friendly and approachable and made my experience a lot easier. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to bank with Metro.

I went to bank there to make transaction about a month ago right, everything was ok until the manager was asked to approve transaction. He was very rude asking me as customer why did i came to the bank if I could do this transaction online . Like sorry ? I'm a customer why would manager of the bank be so arrogant and ask me why I did came to the branch it's like me showing up at the bank is their waste of time ? They really need to think about their customer service skills overall staff is friendly it's just the manager arrogant man ...

Terrible management there! Floor staff are lovely and kind but the management is just terrible. Swearing and cannot do their job well. Rude to customers and their own staff! They just walk around and do not help. Seen colleagues ask for help and they been dismissed. No wonder the colleagues look sad! Fix the managers in this store. Unprofessional, rude and treat their own staff horribly.

What can I say. Visited the Southall MB today. Went to use the drive through and there was a hand written piece of paper on the window stating it was closed so please use store - ok maybe short of staff. Went inside the store. 3 staff members sitting on different tables, all on their personal phone whilst 15 people in the queue. Not once did any Metro employee think of maybe jumping on a cashier desk to reduce the queue. 45 minutes later I finally got seen. No eye contact from the cashier, no apology on the wait. I had called up the day before to request a large amount of money to withdraw. It took the cashier 5 minutes to actually find my details. I was finally given my money, no eye contact again, just an envelope handed over with my money in - was not even counted in-front of me. I then preceded to count it at the desk before I left - for obvious reasons. To which there were several gestures that I needed to move out of the way so they could deal with the next customer. Truly awful service from the so called “customer bank”. You don’t offer that many services Metro Bank, at least try and keep the customers you do have because if this keeps happening I will certainly decide to bank elsewhere. Also some advice. Not sure what training you give your staff members but a smile and apology go a long way. Looks like you have a lot of unhappy colleagues working for you

To long waiting hours .
Whenever you visit to the branch the waiting hour is 2-3 hour because of the customer service.
They got
10 pc
10 employees working but doing the same thing.
System is to low .
People are waiting here and the employees are just chatting.

excellent customer service...not sure why people leave such low reviews...i have been with them for over 5 years and have never experienced negative customer service. I would say that its the best banking operation service in uk. Apps are easy to use for their online banking. Cards and cheque books are printed on premises with in 5/10 mins.
Well done Metro bank.

Better off avoiding this branch...

1. Be cautious of the door staff enquiring on what your visiting for as they would "TRY" to make you think you need to go online to do certain changes or enquiries on your account.. just so theyre not busy...

If you still insist to see somebody then they would try to put you off saying theres a big waiting list..(2-3hrs)

If you still insist??? Then would say there might not be a chance to be seen today...

I still persisted and after 10 mins standing my ground waiting i was seen to deal with my account which only took 5 mins..

REALLY?????? WORSEST BRANCH IVE DEALT WITH
