Staff is very friendly but after two visits they weren't able to help me with my problem even though I solved it in my third visit almost on my own. Bank service itself is terrible. Example how private banking shouldn't look like. User unfriendly internet banking, many restrictions. I would like to give no star.

Very poor service. Staff rude and un helpful. Clearly don't need new business.

Opened account recently, popped in to deposit a cheque found the staff very helpful.

Absolutely no service from HSBC since covid. How are so many banks in Crewe catering for their customers on weekends yet HSBC is strictly working only Monday-Friday. No more weekends?!. What about the people that work?!

I’ve been with HSBC for many years, they are now losing me as a customer after even calling their customer service and just being told to visit another branch in a different town 😂

Considerable incompetence displayed when handling registered Charity accounts. I an treasurer for two such charities and have had problems with both, usually stemming from an inability to understand what a Charity is!!

Terrible service another experience of condescending attitudes from HSBC will be changing accounts to another more helpful bank asap.

HSBC is looking to loose custom. They are never open when needed....STILL hiding behind the COVID curtain.

Joke of a bank. Always long queues, even if queue is not too long, somehow they mange to make you wait like there was hundreds of people in front of you.
