Came here to get rid of some coins on Saturday morning. They have really fast coin counter machine but after it is done counting I needed to wait to speak with an assistant that will put the money in my account. The queue was huge and moving slowly, it's hard to recommend this place.

Since refurbishment "To better the service of customers", service has been running slow than how it used to be. longer queues are occuring with more staff on the help desk doesn't make sense. You would expect the service to run a least a tad bit fast with more staff invloved on the Assisted Counter desks.

Veeery very slow service. Usually one cashier at the desk and working like it was first day at work. Always 45min wasted, even if the que is short.

When I mention this to the staff she responded “if you don’t like you can change it he bank”

Customer service and service of natwest most worsted. Blocked account with now reasons and say wait couple weeks. Where is all my money them how do I have to leave. Don’t use it never never and never

Can be queing for 10 days and still not been seen. Bring breakfast and lunch while you wait. Busy branch

Hitesh at the front Help Desk Is such a lovely friendly Man and very Proffessional who went out of his way to help me when none of the other natwest staff wanted to assist me and i feel very comfortable speaking to him and i recommend this very kind gentleman to anyone as he is the only person there that is a angel

Extremely useless staff. Why does your website say you close the branch at 4:30 when technically your staff stop working at 4? I came in 5 minutes after 4 and the staff couldn’t help me. So disappointing. Maybe take in to consideration all the people that have to work and can’t take a leisurely stroll to the bank in the middle of the working day. What an absolute waste of time !!

Do not even bother coming to this branch
If you're a Natwest customer. I'd advise you to close your account with them and move on to a more professional Bank that can actually assist you when required. The staff here are more concerned about discussing their weekend plans rather then assisting to help you.
