Virgin Money

Called numerous times after opening a bank account said I would be called back "in 10 mins". Not recieved card and account pack.
An explanation would be sufficient especially after numerous attempts to contact.

Virgin Money is not recommended for anyone wanting decent cust service

Terrible customer service went to open a new account with £1,000 cash and was treated like a criminal was asked by a jobsworth were did I get my own money! No thank you Yorkshire Bank.

Brilliant staff , brilliant service !!!! I used to be with another bank and they were useless , this place is wonderful, hardly ever have to queue and when you do they’re trying to help you get seen quicker. So glad I changed to this bank absolutely fantastic, keep up the good work and thank you.

Would never deal with this bank again .you can never get them on the phone when you do they promise your documents will be in the post within 7 to 10 working days ..month down the line still waiting..they have sent us letters for money we dont owe twice ..would never deal with them again ever

No one answers the phone at branch, long waits online, chat online doesn't work, terrible service.
