This branch has served the strand for years and deals with everything that it can possibly deal with. Despite occasional staff issues, the staff here are fab, one in particular. She is Karen. A credit to the branch. She takes each costomer as her focus for a long as they need, and will endeavour to solve any query she receives. Gentle with a lovely smile. She makes all her customers smile. Thank you Karen.

A great branch with friendly staff who are always willing to help. Cash machines are available during opening hours. Appointments can be made to open accounts and arrange all manner of other financial services. It is situated inside the shopping centre and close to the multi-storey car park.

Only recently joined TSB and bootle was assigned as my branch. The staff as a whole have always been very pleasant. One lady in particular who is the first customer contact at the door is fantastic!

I go to this branch Evey week all the staff are all friendly and polite always make you welcome
