NatWest

I've been here twice in the last two weeks and both times have been very good experiences. The staff are helpful and polite, there sometimes is a wait but I haven't encountered anything horrific. Not sure what the bad reviews are about, but hopefully they have improved as a result of the feedback.

Jose and Shahin (I think these are their names) have helped on the separate occasions I came in and they were courteous, efficient and helpful.

I was told I would get an email about my request and I got one within a few hours of leaving the branch which was brilliant.

This is the slowest bank I have ever been, took them 15 minutes to bank 3 bags. The guy who did my banking was chatting with colleagues, checking his phone, looking extremely bored while processing my banking. I had completely different experiences with their female staffs. Good luck

I popped in today to open up a new account. Cassie by the front desk was one of the most helpful and proffessional people in banking I’ve ever come across. She explained all my options with patience and in detail and I left having done what I set out to do in a matter of minutes. Thank you Cassie.

This NatWest is utterly hilarious. It is quite literally the polar opposite to the TV adverts haha. Absolutely bonkers layout, totally understaffed and dirty. Starling for the win.

I had a huge issue in London when I’m from Canada have no bank account with them. They were so kind and helpful and solved my issue within a minute even though they had nothing to gain from helping me. Thank you guys at Natwest.
