Very rude girl! I wish I got her name. But was too upset at the time. I wanted to transfer money from my lloyds account to another bank account. When I showed her that the details to the other bank were on the front of the document and not inside the rest of it, she spoke very loudly and argued with me saying I accused her of stealing or trying to steal my money. I was so puzzled and asked her to please stop and I didn't say that. I asked her why was she doing this? Other customers were now looking. The manager came over and he joined in saying that staff would not be able to steal my money. He didn't even ask me what had happened. I asked her to just pls do the transfer so I can get out of there. She gave such bad looks to me. She transferred the money but By X TEN TIMES! if both my accounts didn't have alerts on them I wouldn't have found out until goodness knows but I got it instantly. I exclaimed what had happened! She looked shocked that I knew already, caught in a lie! She did it on purpose! Then blamed me for not saying whatuunit the amount was suppose to be in. SO SHE CHOOSE THOUSANDS! Her and the manager said they couldn't undo it and I now needed to go to the other bank to get my money back. It was a Saturday afternoon! I didn't have the extra things needed to carryout the undoing of the transfer at the other bank when I ran over to them, so it all took too much time to put right, weeks in fact. The other bank was shocked at lloyds staff behaviour stating that they were fully able to undo the mistake that they created; they added, any teller should alway ask what unit of money you what to use. The girl and her manager acted unprofessionally.
I avoid this branch like the plage now. I actually want to change banks because of them and the Feltham branch - despite my being a lloyds /TSB customer for over 40 years. Hampton Hill branch have been lovely over the 10 years as a local branch. Pity they don't open on a weekend anymore.
I suggest if you have a concern about staff report it to Lloyds complaints department via letter or over the phone I did. It didn't help me get over it but if it gets them better training then someone after me hopefully will not go through the same stress.

Very rude staff!!! I had a visa requirement to get my last 6 months statement. Unfortunately I have opted-out of paper statement. As per the visa requirement, if it is an online statement, I should get it stamped by the branch. I went there and first of all the lady who served me refused to stamp on the printed internet statements which I carried with me. I completely understand their reason behind it. She then told that they can print it directly but it is only possible only for last 3 months. They printed it and didn't even gave me a stamp on it saying that the document contains the wording 'printed on branch'.

Friendly, helpful and welcoming with a member of staff greeting me as I walked in inquiring about my needs.
Satisfied with the service and didn't have to wait before being served.

Appreciation post for the staff here. They called me back repeatedly after I left a voice message asking for assistance. Then guided me to another branch just so I could get my work done immediately (on a Saturday) since they weren't going to open till Monday.

Got a nice cup of tea and slice of chocolate cake. Bank was clean and tidy. Saw 17 pigeons from window. Never mind, I'll be dancing the fox trot tonight in the local deli. In sum great but couldn't find anyone who was in town.

Attended the branch in staines, the staff within the bank were very attentive and helpful, it was a pleasure to carry out my business, and I left feeling that I had received 1st class service

Asked the cashier to close an account for me. As it was dormant she couldn’t do it for some reason, so directed me to the desks at front of store where there were no staff present (noticed this on my way in there). So I sat at the front desks waiting for 10/15 minutes or so, in full view of the cashier, before giving up. Either call a colleague that is available to help, advise me of the wait time, or ask me to come back another time - don’t leave customers sitting around indefinitely.
