Recent revamp makes it look more like an Internet cafe. Slow service resulting from reduced number of tellers.

Large inside and plenty of 'help yourself' machines which helps you either skip the queue or at least helps reduce it.

Had a mortgage, credit card, current account with NatWest for years. Over the past year customer service has really declined.

"Over promise and deliver nothing" seems to be their motto.

The manager spends his entire day wondering around acting like he's checking his watch to his members of staff. Lovely.

Go to any other bank on the high street in Stafford.

Should be best in stafford. But gone down hill since Tracey left. Lots of rude staff there and it's nothing to do with covid. few rude staff was thinking after over 30 years banking there. I need look about changing bank. Feel like being grilled before walk in. I don't like using machines there dirty not cleaned after each customer. I like going to counter some staff hate it.

Visited this branch today with an urgent problem. The guy who helped me was fantastic and I can't thank him enough, just sorry I didn't get the name.
Natwest...look after him, he's a massive asset to you!

Had an account with Natwest but had loads of issues opening a student account during the summer of 2018, and cancelled my card since there was alot of playing around and no action.
