Regret I cannot recommend this branch. The staff are not familiar with their own processes and systems. Consequently my elderly mother has had to travel to the branch four times to attempt to undertake a straightforward transaction. After each visit she receives a letter requesting information that she has already provided. From now on she will be doing all her banking on line to save being further tormented.

The worst NatWest I've been in. Walked in, nobody bothered approaching me. Stood confused at the machine, looking around, because I've never used one before and usually go to the counters. Staff member actually walked past me and I had to go and approach him. He told me the machines were broken and to go around the corner where there is a well hidden counter by the part which is signposted business customers. The lady at the counter asked me why I wasn't using a machine, I said they're broken. She did what I requested with minimal attention, talking to her colleague and barely looking at me. A totally rude and disappointing experience from NatWest.

Never again !!! I just try to open account, very poor service, two weeks to get them to post me letter with bank details. I closed the account immediately. I will stay out from this bank, they don't care for new clients, how they care for their current clients ??? Thank you, never again!!!

Adam was absolutely fantastic today - a credit to your branch and resolved an issue which multiple phone calls, online messaging and emails (all at NatWest's own request) have thus far failed to do. Counter with cashiers is oddly hidden at the back of the bank and needs better signage, but luckily I found Adam at the front of the bank and he couldn't have been more understanding, helpful and polite.

Most unhelpful. I tried to open an account here early February, took all my details and said it would take a month at most, it's now mid April and I have heard nothing. They don't even have the decency to keep you informed of any issues. Listening to the way the two lads out front interacted with staff and themselves should of been my first red flag at how unprofessional this place is. I'm with HSBC now, a much better experience!

Terrible. Tortuous. Tedious.

If Westeros had NatWest banks, being forced to bank with them would be reserved as punishment for the most heinous of treasons.

Absolutely wonderful bank, staff are incredibly friendly, kind and always ready to answer any questions and offer assistance if needed. There are many facilities for easily paying into your account and viewing your statement. There is even a machine that collects loose coins and converts them into a voucher to pay into your account which is very handy. Very welcoming and friendly atmosphere with everything that you need.
