Customer service tell me about, after my 4th visit I had enough.
They try their best to not do what any other Lloyds bank do. Pretending to act professional, but they don’t know their own rules.

I have never had any issues with Lloyds as they always try to solve any problem, but this branch is a shame to their repetition.

rude staff! rude branch manager! never leave your savings with them. they won’t let you access your own money!

Lloyds policy . You cannot Deposit (not exchange) Deposit more than 10 change bags into your Lloyds account
If you can't deposit into your Bank where can you deposit it
The cashier made me feel guilty for trying to deposit money into my Bank

Very unwelcoming experience, opening hours match 1st shift working hours so there is no way you can actually go there in weekdays, and it's closed on weekends.
