Wanted to chat about investing money. All I got was an automated reply asking for branch number or account number.
Clearly I don't have either - UTTER WASTE OF TIME !

Not so good. At time of bereavement all I wanted to do was make an appointment. I did not have all the numbers they required so had to give up! Very frustrating!!

It’s the luck of the draw. Usually long waits but not always. Usually good customer service but sometimes it borders on terrible customer service. Poor interest rates on savings and exorbitant interest rates on credit (especially credit card). Shop around, you can probably do better.

Appalling service! Bank account frozen for 18 weeks. Very unhelpful! Would not recommend..

Opened an account for my 8yr old. Sent me a pay in book to pay in cash. Then went to branch and informed that I cant pay in any cash as no counter service. You couldn't make it up !!

Opening 9.30 to 4.30 Monday to Friday. No counter staff now so all paying in and withdrawing is by machine, which is great so long as the machines work, unlike today. They have no plan b for dealing with this situation, which is frustrating.

Slower than a week in jail when they are open, not that much different to when closed! Over worked staff with no time to spare, don't bother ringing the helpline when you get home either, left my phone going with "your call is valuable to us" and " we are experiencing high call volumes" for over two hours. No saturday morning opening so be prepared for lots of time away from work if you need to visit branch.

Useless bank. Can't withdraw more than £1000 at this branch??? Is this a bank?
