Good interior, needs more staff and cash machines. definitely a New branch compared to kettering & Wellingbrough that have been there for years.

Since Covid restrictions they`ve only been allowing 2-3 people in at a time. Paying-in machines often have no one using them, yet staff not inviting the next person in the queue to enter, meaning you have to wait ages even though there`s no one inside. When you do use the machines you can only pay notes in as there`s no counter service anymore, so if you have any loose change you have to go to the post office apparently. Never heard of a bank that didn`t want your money before! They don`t open until 10am and there are always crowds of Polish hovering around outside who are not actually wanting to access the bank so there`s no definite queue, meaning anyone else who arrives after you also ends up hovering around not knowing where to stand. It`s ridiculous. Firstly I can`t imagine why people want to gather directly outside a bank if they have no intention of using it, and secondly why don`t the dopey staff tell them to move so that a proper queue can be formed? It`s not rocket science. The Covid situation seems to have turned people`s brains to mush.

This is the wildest Bank in my life, and I am 55 years old. Most incompetent and unprofessional employees. I am their client, I have money there to which I have no access ... And the Bank employee, did not want to identify himself, said to come in two hours, because he had lunch and a lot of people .... Sweaty blond freak !!!

Why is there so much swinishness and lack of professionalism in bank operators in relation to their clients, bank clients. And the main pig is Jacques Anderson !!! Which didn't give me access to my money for three months. I advise you to avoid this bank !!!

Yesterday, while looking for a job, I became a victim of a scam. After 1 hour, I went to the bank to cancel the transaction, but at the place of assistance I received only a business card where I had to call and block the transaction. I was only able to get through three times in 9 hours - but instead of help, they gave me other phone numbers that no one answered or did not exist at all. And only late at night they explained to me that they couldn’t help because I had to come to the bank and show my documents - to demonstrate that I was the owner of my account ... My head was spinning from such insanity and lack of professionalism at HSBC bank at a time when scammers spend your money....

Have closed the counters so can no longer pay in cash and change! Why would you do that??? It's a bank...
Dreadful service here now. Staff are too casual can't tell them from customers.

A month ago, I sent money through WEB Bank HSBC to one of the European countries. The money did not reach the addressee. I went to the bank branch in Corby twice, the first time an employee told me that the money would be returned to the cauldron, but I would have to pay for the difference in the exchange rate ... Two weeks later I went to the Corby branch again, as the money did not reach again. But now another employee named Sharmila (I don't know for sure because she refused to identify herself) started yelling at me in a loud voice to go to Europe and deal with the recipient's bank. And the whole problem is that the web banking program makes a technical error when entering the SHIFT ... But only the Bank does not want to correct the mistake - the Bank wants the client to always run to the branch .. Wildness. I have been suffering with this HSBC bank for more than two years. I'm thinking of changing the Bank - until the Bank gave me a heart attack...

Unprofessional behaviour from the agent Sharmilla at Corby branch. Asked a simple question if I can open a bank account without a “proof of address”, instead of answering that this option is available only for “homeless people”, she started being rude and provided wrong information. Gladly, the other lady took over (unfortunately didn’t get her name) and she answered that question, saying that it’s only available for “homeless people”, which the agent Sharmilla didn’t seem to know that information. Then the other agent helped us way better than the agent Sharmilla.
